Terms
The terms that apply when you use onc9.com and the ONC9 Workspace.
In short
- A signed agreement between ONC9 and your company comes before these terms.
- Only people a company invites can use the Workspace.
- Use the Workspace only for the work your company gives you.
- Your company owns its data. ONC9 owns the software.
This summary is a guide. The numbered sections below govern.
01Who these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and ONC9 LLC ("ONC9", "we"). They apply to this website and to the ONC9 Workspace, the software at app.onc9.com and at each company's workspace address. By using either, you accept these terms.
Most use of the Workspace happens under a signed agreement between ONC9 and a company. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement applies.
02Access to the Workspace
The Workspace is open only to people a company has invited. You sign in with an account your company allows: Google, Microsoft, your company's single sign-on, a passkey, or a link sent to your email address. You are responsible for the security of that account and for what happens under your sign-in.
Your company decides who has access and what each person can see. Your company can change or remove your access at any time. ONC9 records each action in the workspace in your company's audit log, under your name.
03Acceptable use
Use the website and the Workspace only for lawful purposes and only for the work your company has given you. Do not try to reach data or workspaces you were not given, test or bypass security controls without our written permission, disrupt the service, or copy or resell the software.
We can suspend access that breaks these rules or puts other people's data at risk. Where we can, we tell your company first.
04Ownership
Your company owns the data and records it puts into its workspace. ONC9 uses that data only to run the workspace, as described in our privacy policy and in the company's agreement with ONC9.
ONC9 owns the Workspace software, this website, and the methods behind them. Using them does not transfer any of that ownership to you.
05Warranties and liability
Except where a signed agreement says otherwise, we provide the website and the Workspace "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work to keep the service available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be free of interruptions or errors.
To the extent the law allows, ONC9 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, that come from your use of the website or the Workspace. A company's signed agreement with ONC9 sets the limits of liability for that company's use.
06Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we update the date at the top of this page and tell the companies that use the Workspace.
Wyoming law governs these terms, because ONC9 LLC is a Wyoming company.
